The per-seat penalty
Don't get charged for growing your team.Per-seat pricing sounds reasonable until your college takes on new trainers, assessors or admin staff - then every hire becomes a software cost. RTOSafe caps you at 5, 20 or 50 users and bills by the seat. RTOSure is priced by student numbers, with unlimited users, so bringing more people into good compliance never costs you more.

The single-framework wall
Grow into ESOS or ELICOS without re-platforming.RTOSafe covers NVR only. Octossure leaves you to self-map your own ESOS obligations and doesn't cover ELICOS at all. If your college ever takes on international or English-language students, either system becomes a wall you have to climb - usually by buying and learning a second system. RTOSure covers all three frameworks from day one.
